How do we use the video in a written response?

We deliver an MP4 file and a private streaming link. Put the link in the written response, and play the file in the finalist presentation.

What if our deadline is less than 48 hours away?

Put the due date in the request form. We reply within 1 business day and tell you whether we can deliver in time.

Who sees our proposal material?

Only the Board Studios team working on your video. We never publish or show your video without written permission.
